Animal welfare is a subject that appeals to consumers and a concern at the heart of Bridor North America's priorities.
Aware that it is possible to reconcile animal welfare with profitable manufacturing, 100% of Bridor products manufactured in North America are made with free-range eggs. This commitment is based on actions and efforts with our partners to ensure that the eggs used in our bakery products are rigorously selected and respectful of animal welfare.
Strengthen communication with our customers to better meet their expectations.
At Bridor, customer satisfaction is much more than a goal: it's a strategic priority at the heart of our commitments.
By 2026, we are aiming for a 97.5% satisfaction rate for our products and services, reflecting our commitment to quality and excellence. To achieve this, we place active listening at the heart of our approach: regular surveys will be conducted to gather our customers' opinions, particularly on CSR issues, and to continuously adjust our practices to better meet their expectations, both now and in the future.
Measuring our suppliers' CSR commitment
At Bridor, responsible purchasing does not stop at product quality: it also encompasses the practices of our partners. That's why we use evaluation tools to measure our suppliers' CSR commitment in concrete terms. This approach enables us to collaborate with players who share our values, to encourage continuous improvement and to guarantee a supply chain that is consistent with our social, environmental and ethical ambitions.
