Plain Bola de Berlim Quantity: 1
- Espresso coffee
- Sugar
- Mascarpone
- Chocolate powder
Preparation
- Step 1 Thaw the bola at room temperature for 2h30. 
- Step 2 Add the sugar to the mascarpone. 
- Step 3 Cut the bola in half and, using a spoon, dip the bottom of the bola with coffee. 
- Step 4 Pipe the Mascarpone into a pastry bag and fill the bola with the cream. 
- Step 5 Decorate with chocolate powder.
