  • Sugar
  • Mascarpone
  • Chocolate powder

Preparation

  • Step 1

    Thaw the bola at room temperature for 2h30.

  • Step 2

    Add the sugar to the mascarpone.

  • Step 3

    Cut the bola in half and, using a spoon, dip the bottom of the bola with coffee.

  • Step 4

    Pipe the Mascarpone into a pastry bag and fill the bola with the cream.

  • Step 5

    Decorate with chocolate powder.
