- 25g pastry cream
- 25g whipped cream
- 50g raspberries
- 50g strawberries
- 50g blueberries
- 50g blackberries
- 10g mint
- 10g powdered sugar
Preparation
- Step 1
Thaw croissants at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Step 2
Bake the croissants for 17 minutes at 180°C (355°F), then leave to cool.
- Step 3
Meanwhile, make the pastry cream and whipped cream, then mix together.
- Step 4
Using kitchen scissors, cut a hole about 5 cm deep in the top of the croissants.
- Step 5
Garnish openings with cream mixture, then add fruit (to taste).
- Step 6
Add mint and powdered sugar (to taste).
