Preparation

  • Step 1

    Thaw the breads at room temperature for 10 minutes.

  • Step 2

    Cut thin slices 0.5cm thick lengthways or widthways, while the bread is still slightly frozen.

  • Step 3

    Place them on a baking tray. Brush them with olive oil and add a pinch of salt.

  • Step 4

    Bake for 5 minutes at 400F

  • Step 5

    Leave to cool and garnish to taste.
