- 300 gr blue cheese
- 5 gr black pepper
- 100 gr onion
- 50 gr wine vinegar
- 100 gr spinach
- 50 gr beet
Preparation
- Step 1
Mix the blue cheese with black pepper.
- Step 2
Slice the onion in dice, bake with EVO, add wine vinegar.
- Step 3
Peel the beet, cut in tiny slice. Season with EVO salt and pepper
- Step 4
Mix the onions with the Roquefort cheese.
- Step 5
Slice the bread in 3 very tiny slice. Spread the blue cheese mix, add spinach, add beet on each slide. Reconstitutes the bread, add the bamboo stick.
