Prepare streusel by combining sugar, flour, salt and 4 Tbsp soft butter in a bowl. Mix until large crumbs are formed.

Brush melted butter onto a parchment paper lined baking tray. Cover an area large enough to hold four chocolatines. Place 3 Tbsp. of streusel onto each buttered area.

Dip the chocolatines in simple syrup and place on top of the streusel. Place another 3 Tbsp of streusel on top.

Bake at 375 °F (190°C) for 6-8 minutes until streusel is browned.
