- 100 g of bacon
- 200 g of hot-dog sausages
- 50 g of mustard
- 50 g of ketchup
- 150 g of onions
- 50 g of parsley
Preparation
- Step 1
Thaw croissants at room temperature for 30 minutes, then bake croissants for 17 minutes at 177°C (351°F).
- Step 2
Wrap a slice of bacon around the sausage. Hold bacon with wooden skewers. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Step 3
Peel and cut onions into strips. Cook in butter until soft.
- Step 4
Make an opening in the top of the croissant. Garnish with onion confit, add the sausage, mustard and ketchup. Finish with chopped parsley.
