Ingredients used

  • 1 flaky pure butter loaf
  • 1 Roasted Chicken
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ pound bacon
  • 3 heirloom tomatoes
  • 1 head baby jem lettuce
  • 1 jar gherkin pickles
  • 3 small bag potato chips
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 3 Sandwich skewers

Preparation

  • Step 1

    Thaw the flaky loaf at room temperature for 60min. Toast three slices until golden. Smear a generous amount of mayo onto two slices of croissant loaf.

  • Step 2

    Slice thick slices of tomato and season with salt and pepper. Cook bacon your preffered way.

  • Step 3

    Layer chicken, bacon, lettuce and tomato on the first slice. Top with another slice with the mayo side up and repeat with the other ingredients. Finish with the last slice of flaky loaf

  • Step 4

    Hold together with sandwich picks and slice into four triangles. Serve with potato chips and pickles.
