Full croissant dough sheet

- 4oz Goat Cheese
- 1tbsp olive oil
- 4oz cream cheese
- 1 tbsp pecorino cheese
- 1tbsp honey
- 1/4tbsp garlic powder
- 1tbsp chives
- 1/4tbsp chopped rosemary
- 2tbsp toasted nuts
- salt and pepper
Preparation
- Step 1
Mix the cheeses and the other ingredients in a blender until smooth and combined and set aside.
- Step 2
Cut the pastry sheet into strips 4 inches long and 1 1/2 inches wide.
- Step 3
Stagger four strips on top of each other
- Step 4
roll up the strips and tuck the end of each strip under the roller
- Step 5
Place in a muffin tin sprayed with cooking spray, then brush with egg white and top with Pecorino.
- Step 6
Proof for an hour, then bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit until golden brown. Remove from the oven and leave to cool.
- Step 7
Cut a small hole in the cruffin and, using a piping bag, fill it with the goat's cheese mixture.
- Step 8
Decorate with a little Pecorino cheese, a walnut and fresh chives
