Leek and parmesan bistro 

Leek and parmesan bistro Quantity: 2
- 300g Leek
- 50g Butter
- 75g Cream
- 100g Grated parmesan
- 300g Smoked salmon
- 100g Mascarpone cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation
- Step 1
Defrost the leek and parmesan bistros for 55 to 65min, then place in square moulds.
- Step 2
Bake bistros at 177°C (351°F) for 19 to 23 minutes.
- Step 3
Meanwhile, blanch leeks in hot water for 5 minutes, then drain.
- Step 4
Melt butter in a frying pan. Add leeks and cook for a few minutes, then add cream and reduce.
- Step 5
Cut cooked bistros in half, then spread with mascarpone.
- Step 6
Add smoked salmon and leek mixture.
