Mini perfect croissant Quantity: 2
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 scoops of Ice cream
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 tbsp sugar
Preparation
- STEP 1
Prepare the syrup: mix the water and sugar in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
- STEP 2
Melt the butter and brush it onto a baking sheet in a baking tray.
- STEP 3
Dip croissants in syrup. Place them on the baking sheet, spread the remaining butter on a second baking sheet and place it on the croissants.
- STEP 4
Crush the croissants, placing an oven tray on top, and bake for 10 min at 180°C (350°F). Leave to cool and place in the freezer.
- STEP 5
Place the scoops of ice cream between the 2 cold croissants, dip in the chocolate chips and enjoy!
